By the initiative of the first authorities, all the students are divided into two houses or teams.
The names are: "Sheehy", in memory of Monseñor Sheehy, the first Irish priest in Santa Fe who founded and was
the first president of the St. Patrick’s Catholic Association, and "Brown", in honor of Admiral William Brown,
an Irishman who fought for our independence. The aim of the existence of these two houses is to encourage the
spirit of healthy competition between students, both at school and sports, in order to make the most of their
talents.
In the sporting aspect, this division of houses is manifested in the traditional Sports party that takes
place annually.
